INTERPLANETARIO

A place where you can enjoy your hobby and passion for miniatures with people who share it. You will be able to take part in two worldwide tournaments and show your command skills; you can have a good time and have fun with the brushes in our fast painting or participate this year in our fifth Crow Awards, the Corvus Belli’s greatest painting contest.

You can come and meet the Corvus Belli Staff, participate in round tables, attend informative talks or just “be a freak” with other wargame fans.

Participate in the world's largest Infinity tournament, make history in the first official Warcrow tournament or demonstrate your skills in the Ninja Pulpi Warrior challenge. This is the place to enjoy each and every one of the facets that compose the hobby.

Without a doubt, the Interplanetario is three days full of activities for gamers and non-gamers alike; but the people you will meet are what really make this event a perfect weekend.

testimonials

Pulpiquiles

“I already had hairy hair, but now that I've been using C&A even more.”

“Please don't judge me. It may sound resentful, but wouldn't you do the same? When you dedicate yourself in hair and soul to the defense of humanity, ALEPH lets you down. And the only reply you get is a: “ninininininini”. So you tell herto go screw herself and you change sides... And everybody happy, at least Patroclo and I.”

Doctor Plague

“In the absence of a mask, good is an air freshener.”

“Something is rotten in the state of Denmark, they said. But what they didn't say was what produced that smell. Some said it was the fog, some said it was corruption, some even said they were the rats corrupted by the mist. The only thing they all agreed on in Lindwurm, was that it had a slight hint of marsh rush and vanilla. To smell or not to smell, that's the question... that's why I don't leave home without my blessed mask.”

INTERPLANETARIO GRAND FINAL
Final mission:
Evacuation

This year the tournament will be a double one with a final between both of the winners of each tournament.

  • Kraken Masters tournament
  • Pulpi Prodigies tournament
  • Grand Final

In this edition we are counting with a total of 180 players, from which 85 are guests form these events:

  • VII Interplanetario winner (2023)
  • 3 ITS 15 Regional winners
  • 39 ITS 15 Satellite winners
  • 42 ITS 16 Satellite winners

As well as up to 95 regular signed players.

         GUESTS

Although the guests have their seat reserved at the Interplanetario, they must fill in the registration form before the deadlines established in the section: REGISTRATION. If they fail to do so, they will lose the right to reserve their seat.

For the winners of ITS 16 Satellites that take place after the established deadlines, the organization will contact them to make their seat reservation effective.

This year we are helding a double tournament. This means that two different tournaments will be played to determine the Sunday's final game players. Both tournaments are configured evenly, mixing guests with regular signed players, but will be differentiated for better management.

KRAKEN MASTERS & PULPI PRODIGIES

In both tournaments players will face each other for 6 rounds. Each one is a swiss system tournament, totally independent one of each other, trying to avoid repeating opponents.

At the end of these 6 rounds, the two players with the best accumulated punctuation will play the Sunday’s morning final game.

Both tournaments consist of 90 participants:

- Up to 42 and 43 guest players (chosen randomly between the 85 guest)

- (A minimum of) 48 and 47 regular signed players (chosen randomly between the total of signed players)

GRAND FINAL

After playing the 6 rounds, the two tournament winners will face each other to determine who is the VIII Interplanetario Winner.

Players will submit 2 lists from the same Army or Sectorial Army using the ITS Tournament Manager. Only those lists made using the official Infinity Army app will be legal. The deadline for lists delivery and upload will be June 30th at 23:59 GMT+1..

Participating in the tournament means to accept all the conditions and give the consent to the organization to publish and use the Army Lists.

The games will last a total of two hours (2h) being the maximum approximate time per player:

Deployment: 10 min (Including the Last figure)

1st turn: 25 min

2nd turn: 15 min

3rd turn: 10 min

Each player is responsible for the compliance of their times (should not exceed 60 minutes of play) and to organize their game with his opponent to give them time to complete.

There will be 30 minutes between rounds for results management and new pairings.

The organization will mark only the total time of the round on a screen.

During the rounds players will note down: Hidden Deployments, the identification number of Cammo markers and their corresponding profile, the Lieutenant -in case they have more than one option-, Holoprojectors, or any other information that might need later verification.

Each player will be given a Control Sheet to record the ITS nickname of both the player and the opponent, table number, mission played and Objective and Victory Points obtained by both players at the end of the game.

Results will be recorded starting with the registry at the bottom of the sheet.

The Control Sheets will be handled at the Control Table.

Upon finishing the game, the players must exchange their lists and verify the Private Information and troops used (Camo markers, Lieutenant, etc.).

In order to keep the tournament on schedule, all players should pick up their miniatures and belongings immediately fafter a game and get ready for the next round.

Centimeters will be the official measurement for this tournament.

The order pool must be public and visible at all times, and all dice rolls must be made where they are visible to both players.

This year will be mandatory to have all figures, at least, totally mounted and primed. Furthermore, proxy figures abuse (for the confusion they may lead) and base LOF marking will be watched out.

We love to see painted miniatures! The organization will reward those players who have their list painted with PulpiKills.

Finding a player not following the Painting and LOF marking rules will end up with him/her not earning any PulpiKill in that match. That player will be asked to try to solve the situation before the next match. It will be a shared responsibility between referees and players to report those breaches at the beginning of each match.

Players must know the rules of the game. The referee team has the main function of conflict resolution and rules that might generate confusion.

Any referee that witnesses a misapplied rule will immediately interrupt and correct the mistake.

If the implications of the wrongly applied rule have consequences impossible to undo, the referee will try to amend the mistake in such a way that it benefits the player who suffered the consequences of said mistake. In every case it is the decision of the referee team to fix or make the necessary adjustments to resolve the situation.

Mistakes with too many Orders spent in between them, or that happened on a previous Player Turn, will not be readjusted. Before proceeding with the game, a referee must be called and the players must wait for the decision.

The referee team will be able to extend or shorten the length of a game on tables they deem necessary.

Once a rules question has been cleared the referee’s decision will not be appealed further nor its derived consequences.

It is better however for both players to resolve any problems that might arise during the game by mutual agreement. But in the event that a referee shall intervene, either because the players called her or because she witnessed a mistake, the decision of the referee team will be final and non-negotiable.

It is forbidden to agree on anything against the rules of the event, the rules of the game as defined in the rulebooks, or the table’s rules between players. Example: players are not allowed to agree to ignore the difficult terrain rules of the table they are playing on, or concede victory points.

The basis of a good tournament environment is fair play, sportsmanship and cordiality among the participants. The moment the referees detect any kind of behavior that compromises these premises, they will give a first warning to those involved to correct the situation. In the case that, after the referees' notice, an attitude against the good atmosphere of the tournament goes on, the referees may sanction -and even disqualify- those responsible for said attitude.

This year we have simplified the awards ceremony, making it easier for each player to choose which prizes he/she wants from the prize pool.

3 PulpiKills will be given per table in each round. At the end of the game, the winner will take 2 PulpiKills and the loser 1. In the case of a draw, the player with the most Victory Points will be the one taking 2 PulpiKills.

After Sunday’s round, you will be able to exchange your PulpiKills for prizes in the RECEPTION zone. PulpiKills use is personal and non-transferable, that’s why PulpiKills earned will be checked.

In order to ease the award ceremony, the order to acquire prizes will be like this:

from 11:00 - Position 3rd to 10th from both Infinity & Warcrow tournaments and from Ninja Pulpi Warrior.

from 11:30 - Position 11th to 20th from both Infinity & Warcrow tournaments and from Ninja Pulpi Warrior.

from 12:00 - Position 21th to 40th from both Infinity & Warcrow tournaments and from Ninja Pulpi Warrior.

In the case you missed your PulpiKills exchange period, you will be able to do it at any time later following the actual queue, without any kind of priority.

Furthermore, we will have an awards ceremony at the end of the event, but focused only on those first spots of each different competition.

The staff will give the player a Control Sheet where they would have to write his name, opponent’s name, table number, mission and Victory Points earned by the player and his opponent at the end of the game as well as the Points for the tie-breaker (Survivors).

Record the results starting at the bottom of the Control Sheet.

The Control Sheets will be handled at the Control Table.

This year, we present a new challenge that combines two activities that we are passionate about: miniatures hobby and games!

64 players will demonstrate their gaming and hobby skills to become the new Pulpi Ninja Warrior.

Do you accept the pulpichallenge?

6 Rounds of activities will make up the craziest and most pulpifun competition to date. There will be two activities on Friday and four on Saturday. Activities will last approximately 60-90 minutes.

FRIDAY

Activity 1: REM RACERS
Activity 2: D20 PAINTING

SATURDAY MORNING

Activity 3: TAG RAID
Activity 4: REMOTE SCRATCHING

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Activity 5: REM RACERS CARD GAME
Activity 6: FAST PAINTING

64 participants will be able to accept the challenge to become the new NINJA PULPI WARRIOR. Divided into two groups of 32 participants, they will participate in the different activities, which when they finish, will be exchanged with the other group to complete the other activity of the day.

This means that the different activities are carried out in two groups in parallel. The configuration of both groups is identical, changing only the order of the activities.

Participants can choose to belong to either the PULPI Group or the CUERVI Group when you check in. Join a group with your friends or meet new people who share your passion for the Corvus Belli universe!

PULPI GROUP AND CUERVI GROUP

In both groups, players will play against each other during 6 activities.

There are 3 scoring activities according to position and 3 scoring activities according to participation and progress.

There are 3 activities that will divide the 32 participants into 8 tables of 4 players and 3 activities in which the 32 participants will enjoy our hobbies together.

Scorable activities by position and in subgroups of 4 people:

  • REM Racers
  • TAG Raid
  • REM Racers Card Game

Scorable activities by participation:

  • D20 Painting
  • Remote Scratching
  • Fast Painting.

At the end of these 6 activities, the three players with the best accumulated score will go up to the podium, where the best of the three will receive the trophy that makes them the new Ninja Pulpi Warrior. In addition, they will get an extra surprise.

Participating in the PULPI NINJA WARRIOR means to accept all the conditions and give the consent to the organization to publish results of photos of the different activities.

The most important thing is to have fun playing, not watching the “Paralysis analysis” of other player.

The activities will last a total of one hour and thirty minutes (1h 30min).

Each player is responsible for the compliance of their times (should not exceed 22 minutes of play in the turn’s activities) and to organize their game with his opponents to give them time to complete.

Lo importante es divertirse jugando, no contemplando el “análisis parálisis” de otro.

The remaining minutes up to two hours correspond to the time of brief explanation of the activity and the management of results.

The organization will mark only the total time of the round on a screen.

During the activities the players must note on the Control Sheet, their Name / nickname of registration, the table number, activity and the Positions achieved by each player.

The Control Sheets will be handed at the Control Table after the end of each activity.

It is recommended and appreciated that at the end of each activity, players tidy up the materials used and pick up their belongings for the table change.

Finding a player not following any of these rules will end up with him/her not earning any PulpiKill in that activity.

It will be a shared responsibility between staff and players to report those breaches during each activity.

In each 4-player activity we will award 5 PulpiKills per table. At the end of the game, the winner will get 2 PulpiKills and the rest 1 PulpiKill.

In each activity scoring for participation and progress we will give 1 PulpiKill to each player who achieves the minimum progress in the activity.

The minimum progress will be explained just before starting the activity by the staff.
